Different symptoms with each pregnancy?

Tomorrow is the day- the day I can finally test! With my first pregnancy, I knew I was pregnant right away and didn't even need to test. I immediately couldn't sleep even though I was exhausted, felt sick to my stomach constantly, and overall just felt different. Now I'm trying to get pregnant for the 2nd time. So far, I haven't had any symptoms like last time, although a few things are going on but its hard to tell if they're pregnancy symptoms or PMS. So my question is, has anyone had differences in pregnancies where they felt pregnant during one and the other they didn't? I'm asking because I'm just trying to hold on to some little hope that I have for a BFP tomorrow! Thanks in advance!
