Do you feel obligated to give your contact the "best answer" reward......?

even if it's obvious that they don't have the best answer? When I don't give them the "best answer", I sort of feel like I'm cheating on them or something, than I have to run into the steamy, hot shower to cleanse myself from the markings of betrayal....!
