Well the title says it all, how to lose 30 kgs in 3 weeks and replace the fat by muscles, espesially the chest area. Every tip is accepted, and btw I have no access to a gym and currently I'm a 16 yr old teenager @ 120 kgs of weight. Pls help!! All other tries were fruitless, even destroying myself with jogging, it resulted in no movement of the scale. Pls help me.
