Is kickboxing a fast way to lose weight for Girls?
Any activity that keeps your heart rate up for prolonged amounts of time helps burn lots of calories. Kick Boxing will help tone your body because you will be training with your own body and not weights (by preference). If you want to really lose weight wear a sweat suit that will help you lose even more calories and water weight, just make sure you stay hydrated in the process (Hydration starts days before intense exercise, by the time your thirsty it may already be too late. Alternate electrolytes (gatorade, powerade, ect.) and water. Too much of either, can have adverse effects )
