Male and female drives are EQUALLY strong. So WHY aren't today's females **equally** ERTIVE?

I completely agree with what you've said. The answer: socialization, mostly through the media. Those women who will simply be themselves are indeed ertive, as they will pursue what they want. Those who are societal drones will not do so, and it sucks for them.
