Something Unique for Favors?

I was talking to a caterer and she said you wouldn't believe how many people don't even take the favors..she said especially candy (which I thought was weird, I mean, who doesn't like candy)...she said anything with pics of the bride and groom they also leave behind. I liked the idea about the champagne gles, you could see if a dollar store could order you some cases and you could decorate them with a gold pen or just put some ribbon on them or the idea of donating the $$ to charity.
