Is it possible to eat or drink too much fiber or too much tea?
I've started drinking a lot of instant tea, made from "Kellogg's Iced Tea All-Bran Fiber Drink Mix." According to the nutrition facts label, each serving has 20 calories, including 12 grams of carbohydrates, of which 10 grams are fiber. For people who figure "net carbs," it would have only 2 net carbs per gl of tea. Each serving is supposed to provide 40% of the daily value of fiber. If I drink 10 gles per day, getting 400% of the daily value of fiber, could there be any problem? There isn't any upper limit on fiber, is there? And could that much tea be a problem?
