My birds think their water is the toilet, but don't really wanna drink it?

My girl bird, Cindy drank alot of the water, than the boy, Jimmy drank some and Cindy was coming to get a drink so Jimmy went to the bathroom in it! Cindy looked at it and flew away. I give them new water now, but Jimmy won't let Cindy get a drink! What should I do? I am afraid Cindy is going to get Dehydrated!
