Will the ongoing (April, 2009) Army's "Summer Storm Operation" in Loktak not affect the endangered Sangai?

Keibul Lamjao National Park, specially conserved for the endangered Sangai, has been destroying by the combined forces of Indian Army and State police in the name of clearing revolutionaries around the area. The people of Manipur is must feared about the Sangai and other habitats of the National Park. Many protocols of a PARK are not following by this Summer Storm Operation. We need help to save Sangai. We don't want Sangai to be made extinct from this planet.
