I have a TTC question?

I have heard that it is better to use first morning urine to test. Has anybody gotten a bfp 12 dpo not using first morning urine. I told myself I would wait until I was late but I'm not sure I can wait anymore! I also don't want to waste a test though. Any opinions or personal experiences would help. Thanks!
