Why dont they have anyone good playing in the Superbowl Halftime?

In my opinion, their has not been any good top artist singing and performing in the superbowl halftime shows. Like for example last year. Who the hell wants to see Who Dat or Prince like from a few years back. Every male southern white artist are stupid... i mean who cares what tigers dream of? Why dont they get Drake, Eminem, Kid Cudi, etc. I get why they wouldnt hire Lil Wayne, because he curses. Black Eyed Peas is performing this year which is actually pretty good but i still think that Drake, Eminem, Rihanna, or Usher should be performing.
